Jarmans originally was the idea of Aaron Smith and Phil Jarman who have previously worked closely together in the hairdressing industry for the past eight years.

We noticed the huge gap in the hairdressing industry between traditional barber shops and "top end" hair salons and are filling this gap, aiming to seriously raise the standard of men's hairdressing in West Sussex.
